Justin Timmer has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law since 2016.

Justin is known for his compassionate approach to family law, understanding that separation can be difficult, both emotionally and financially.
Prior to establishing Family Law Partners, Justin was the team leader of the family law department at one of the largest full-service law firms, located on the Central Coast and Newcastle.
Justin has further legal experience, practising in the areas of:
- Retail and commercial leasing law;
- Personal insolvency law;
- Corporate insolvency law; and
- Civil litigation.
Given his experience, Justin has gained a reputation for achieving positive outcomes in complex property settlements with large/complex property pools involving businesses, corporate entities, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds.
Justin has developed strategies to assist his client’s navigate difficult allegations often raised in family law disputes including domestic violence/family violence, drug abuse and alcohol abuse.
